Today, I found GMH. After reading all the heartwarming stories, I walked into my room, and tore my suicide journal to shreds. I'm shaking out of happiness. GMH.

Today, I drove my grandparents to the hospital for my grandpa's rehab therapy.
He has cancer in his bones, making it rather difficult for him to walk. Through his pain and struggle, he still manages to walk ahead of my grandma to open and close every door for her.
His little acts of love despite his pain GMH.

I don't really like GMHs where people say that they found this site today and read all the posts, but I LOVED this one! This must've given you a lot of hope if it got you to tear up that journal.
I've been there... sometimes positivity can be a cathartic release. It can ease the pain and the tension, help cry it out in a good way, but please get further help! The feeling will, sadly, fade sometimes and while you feel good you need to get help, someone to talk to...Hugz and Hope to you.
That is AWESOME! This website needs to go down in history as the greatest thing on the internet.

I really wish that I had found this site earlier because my suicide journal would have been destroyed earlier and other things wouldn't have happened. to me, as someone struggling with something really similar to what you are going through, this really gives me hope!! good luck and remember that you really are worth everything!!!

I've attempted suicide, and let me tell you, it's not fun. I know that sometimes, it feels like there's no way out and you just want to end the pain. But there's always a way, always. I felt the same way when I found this site. It GMH, and so do you. Please keep strong.

I myself have been there for 5 years, I found someone that makes me so happy that, that old me is not even thought about any more. When I use to get sad that was the first thing I thought of but now it's UUUGGGHHH shut up husband!!! haha..
