I have 5 kids, and my worst nightmare would be to lose one of them to a random accident. The fact that your friend's mom and dad were able to go along with donating her kidney GMH, and the fact that a part of their daughter lives in you no doubt gives them hope. Live joyfully, for yourself and for them!
I am sorry for your loss, but it must be really special to know you have something that belonged to her, tht will be with you forever :)
