Ten years ago, my friend made an enemy. They didn't click at all and I think my friend really hurt that person. Flash forward. My friend is broke w/ kids, & after getting into huge trouble, really needed a lawyer and was referred to one. The lawyer was her old enemy & she took the case. For free.

From OMG-FACTS.com

A type of rat can survive longer without water longer than a camel can.

The kangaroo rat is able to survive in the desert with virtually no drinking water. How? Its kidneys produce the most concentrated urine of all mammals, and only pass a few drops per day.

Humans drink a lot of water, and also gain moisture through food. As such, our urine is quite dilute. Kangaroo rats, on the other hand, take in very little water and so produce urine that is even more concentrated than that of the camel. This means that the kangaroo rat loses little water in its urine.

*** Random LoveGivesMeHope Story ***

My younger brother was born with a severe disability.

My parents are his main caretakers and the thought of what will happen to him when they're gone has always scared me.

I confided this in my boyfriend recently and without skipping a beat, he said "we'll take him."

i'm suprised this hasn't had much comments yet... i think this is marvellous. Sometimes it seems that dislike and disagreement can bring people closer. As an "enemy", this person has registered your friend in their mind as someone important. I think the "enemy" is a really great and wonderful person to do something like this for your friend, especially if your friend hurt them. Hope-filled Story!

I agree with both TM and alwaysblooming. The "enemy" shows just how forgiving and wonderful people have the ability of being. She is admirable for putting aside any grudge left over and doing what she felt was right.

This gives me hope because it reminds me that not everyone holds grudges forever. It reminds me that there is hope in the world and that people can see past their hurt to others needs even in the toughest times. That is so sweet. Thanks for sharing this with us

Good to know people can sometimes be mature and forget past hurts. :)
