Today on the bus, there was a lady with Downs Syndrome and her caretaker, who was abusing her.

A group of 'hard' teenage boys on the bus went up to her, checked that she was all right, moved her away from the caretaker and phoned the police.

The caretaker was later banned from work for unlawful treatment.
