When my daughter was 7 years old on the last day of school her favorite bus driver had said that she can't work as a bus driver anymore due to the low pay. After hearing this when it was my daughters stop she gave the bus driver her 1.80 cent from lunch and said thanks. The bus driver told me this story in tears saying my daughter was an angel. GMH

A few months ago, my grandmother died of cancer.

With the few words she had left, she told me where to find my Christmas presents for the next three years, my high school graduation present, and my wedding present. As her youngest grandchild, she wanted to make sure she could be there for me even after she was gone.

Her love and thoughtfulness GMH

She didn't have enough $$ and had no way of paying. There was a 12 yr old boy buying a video game and a toy. He handed me his gift card to buy her items. He said that she needs food more than he needs a video game.

Montreal's bus drivers aren't known for their kindness, especially to english speaking tourists. Buses were going back to the station for the night, and after getting on the wrong one, I ended up stranded across town, alone and terrified. Another bus driver drove 50 minutes to bring me right to my hotel's doors, just to make sure i was safe. GMH.

Today, I went to a store and bought a coat. I suffered severe burns on my face when I was a toddler, and have always been very insecure. For 4 years, she did physical therapy and progressed to crutches.

When we graduated a few weeks ago, she handed her crutches to an officer and walked across the entire stage.

The applause from the seniors was deafening. She cried the whole way.
