I told my boyfriend I was tired and wanted to fall asleep in his arms,

His reply:

"I know baby. I want you to fall asleep in my arms too because it's the only place you are safe. Someone would have to kill me before they would ever lay a finger on you. At least, when you are in my arms, I know you are safe for a moment."
