My grandmother turned 65 on September 11, 2001.
Every birthday, she donates $911 to American tragedy-related charities. 
 
	I asked her why, and she said "helping other people is a lot more rewarding than gaining weight from birthday cake!" 
 
	Her selflessness on her birthday and every day GMH
