My friend saw a man on the tube today, he had severe burns all over his body.
He was struggling to get his coat on, begging for help, he was ignored by everyone on the crowded platform, the train was coming and in frustration he cried.   My friend helped him.   Her kindness and lack of prejudice GMH.
