My depression has been getting to an unbearable point yet again.
Today at work I was miserable, feeling trapped and alone. 
 
 Then two of my coworkers started joking around with me. 
 
 Not just as coworkers, but as friends. 
 
 That little bit of kindness lifted my spirits and GMH.
