I've struggled with a eating disorder since I was 12, I'm pretty good at hiding it, and on my school trip no one noticed that I wasn't eating.
One night at dinner, the quiet boy who doesn't talk much said to me softly  "You should eat something." 
 
That was the first time anyone's noticed.
