I work at Victoria's Secret, and a woman I was helping tried on her new dress from another store over a bra that I helped her choose.
I told her that she looked beautiful and she cried, saying that nobody had said that to her in 20 years. 
 
Knowing that I can make a difference with one compliment gives me hope.
