I work as a receptionist at a dentist's office and we have to deal with people taking their anger out on us.
Today a woman yelled at us for ten minutes and it was awful .However, our next patient came with cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. He said he bought it just for us because were are the best receptionist staff he's ever met and it GMH!
