I have never been called pretty, because I look kinda masculine for a girl. The other day, a girl I work with called me hot. She kinda laughed, but not because she thought of it as a joke. But because of my bewildered expression. No one has ever complimented me on my looks. Ever. Sometimes a couple words change everything. GMH
