Story Text

I had a bit of a breakdown today.
One of my friends accidentally used my trigger words, words that made me freak out and have a panic attack (due to past trauma and physical bullying). 
 
I cried in the bathroom for a bit, but cleaned up after. 
 
When I went to class, one kind boy came and hugged me because I "looked like I needed it."
