Due to a medical condition, I had to take a brutal steroid that made me horrible depressed.
My friends gave up, but one day a boy I didn't know came up to me and asked me, genuinely concerned, if I was okay. 
 
He saved my life that day. Yesterday, I found out he's been suicidal for over a year. His concern for me in spite of his own struggle GMH.
