Awhile ago I left "Smile, you're beautiful" notes everywhere in the mall.
I put some in books about how to cure eating disorders. Today I saw a girl pick one of those books up and watched as she opened it, gave a huge smile, and put it in her shirt pocket. 
  Seeing that even the little things help GMH.
