To the family of the 4 year old boy who gave my grandfather a new kidney last night; You don't know me, and we may never meet, but my family and I are forever in your debt.
I can not comprehend the pain that you must have gone through, but for you to make the choice to donate everything you could, is amazing. 
 
 Your love gives me hope.
