In chemistry class, we learned about titration, which is complicated.
Frustrated, a boy yelled "Chemistry is so gay!" 
 
My teacher stopped class and said "I really would appreciate if you all would stop using gay as a derogatory term. 
 
It discourages gay kids from coming out and being themselves. 
 
Now, that's not very nice!"
