When I was told my Nana's life my come to in end in a matter of weeks, I was devastated.
She fought her lung disease to get to each upcoming milestone in her grandchildrens' lives and her own. 
 
More than a year and a half later, she is turning 74 today. 
 
 Her will to survive GMH
