I've suffered from depression for about three years, and have struggled with suicide and self-harm.
I've been cut-free for months. I had a horrible day, and turned to the razor. All of a sudden, my phone vibrated. It was GMH's Twitter. It's my sixty eighth day without self harming. This site GMH.
