It's a tradition at our school for everyone at graduation to give a gift to the principle when we go to shake her hand.
My grade decided for us each to give $1. The last girl to shake her hand gave her a note saying that we want the money to go to the children's hospital. Our principle cried, everyone gave us a standing ovation. Class of 2012 GMH
