There was a little girl with one arm in my son's kindergarten class.
He asked me about it, and I said something like 'she looks a little different but she can do anything you can do. You shouldn't ever make fun of her arm.' 
 
 He said "Why would I ever make fun of her Mommy? She's my friend." 
 
 My son GMH.
