Yesterday, I finally admitted to my best friend that I have been self-harming for six years now.
Telling her was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. Today, I came to school to see 20 of my friends with "Love" written on their arms to show me how much they cared and that they were there to support me through my recovery. Love & Friendship GMH.
