After hiding it for so many months, my friend noticed the cuts on my wrist.
Some people weren't very supportive, but he held me and comforted me. 
 
He convinced me that everything will be okay and that it will get better. 
 
He's stopped me from cutting so many times since then, it means the world to me and I can't thank him enough.
