A girl in my grade had been resorting to self harm for a while to solve her problems.
Yesterday she posted a picture of her arms, and it had been a year since the last time she resorted to cutting. 
 
Brittany, words can't describe how so incredibly proud of you I am, and here's to making it to forever.
